This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of your use of the Tick Removal.co.uk website. We are committed to helping you. Please send us any suggestions or comments.

Shipping and Dispatch Times.

We aim to post your order today. Individual items are posted 1st class Royal Mail, and are generally with you next day.

Please note that occaisionally, we are unable, due to other commitments, to guarantee this super fast deliver, but please believe we do our best to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

How do I know the order has been received and dispatched?

As this site is dealing with one product, we are trying to keep our costs down and turnaround up, and have aimed to keep processing to a minumum.

You will receive an email from Paypal, (our shopping cart provider), to confirm your purchase. If you do not receive an email from Paypal, then it is most likely that you have used an alternative email address, or mis-typed it, or that your order was somehow not completed. If you are in any doubt, please contact us.

We will not email you separately - UNLESS - we have a problem with the order.

Address verification

On the odd occasion, Paypal cannot verify your address details. This is usually because you've moved recently, or mistyped your address for instance. In this case, we will send you and email asking you to confirm your details, simply to ensure that we are sending the package to the correct address. Again, if you don't hear from us, you may have mistyped your email - so please contact us.

No fuss Returns Policy : if you would like to return your order, please do so within 7 working days, complete in the original packing, for a full refund.

Canceling your purchase : If you are unhappy with your purchase, and it is not faulty or mis-described, then please simply let us know by email, or in writing. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the day of delivery. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense, and you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you do not return the goods, then we will arrange to have the goods collected, and sorry - but we will charge you for this. If the goods are returned damaged, and this is a result of poor packaging, then, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty or Mindescribed goods: If the goods are faulty or mis-described, please please let us know and return the goods, with their original, undamaged packaging, and we will refund your purchase.

If you are at all worried or concerned about returning your product, or are un-satisfied in any way with the product, please do contact us and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you.

The products: whilst we believe that these products work, we cannot in any way be held responsible for any issues arising from their use or mis-use.

Postage Details and Costs

UK: We normally use Royal Mail first class post. Usually this takes 1-2 working days to arrive with you after we have posted your order, which we will try to do within a day. Once goods are posted by us, any delays will be outwith our control. There is no additional postage charge, for items at the quantities listed.

Bulky or International Shipment charges

Sometimes we are able to absorb the cost of shipping bulky items or shipping items outside the UK. It really depends on the weight. We will calculate this once we receive your order and may send a further invoice requesting a further payment. As a guide, small packets within the EU are usually ok, but shipments to the US, for instance usually carry an additional cost from £2.65 - £10. Sorry, but we can no longer absorb this cost. We are ofcourse, perfectly happy to refund your order if the additional shipping cost is unacceptable. Apologies again too for not having this measure implemented within the system.

CURRENCY: All prices are shown in GB Pounds and include VAT.

DELIVERY INFORMATION : We will try to dispatch your order within 1 working days for all in-stock items. We will let you know as soon as possible if the item is out of stock. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delays once goods have been posted with the Royal Mail.

DELAYED ORDERS: If your item is not in stock, we will keep you informed about this delay, by email, giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In addition we will email you when your purchase is dispatched.

TAX CHARGES: All orders include VAT.

CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD SECURITY: Your order is completely and securely processed by Paypal. No credit/debit card numbers are stored by us.

GUARANTEE: Guarantees are based on the manufacturers guarantee.
